Sickness Absence from work is costly to any business and Occupational Health intervention to manage absence and return to work is proven in minimising the financial costs. We work with employers and employees to aid return to work by making early assessment, advising on workplace modifications, rehabilitation programmes and probable timescales.

Following a request from management or HR assessment by an Occupational Health Nurse Advisor is usually carried out on-site or at our consulting rooms in Chichester. Home visits can be arranged by request. Following the assessment a report will usually be generated in 48 hours.

We are a confidential service and employees can discuss any health issues with us that may be impacting on their work. We can advise where help and support can be accessed in order to help them proactively return to full health and back to working productively.
